Set on a beautifully landscaped waterfront property, this spacious 4,500-square-foot villa features four luxurious bedrooms, four bathrooms, expansive indoor and outdoor living areas, and stunning views from almost every room.
Outside, you’ll discover your own private Caribbean oasis. Lounge beside the spectacular infinity pool, swim laps in the 50-foot swim lane, or launch one of our complimentary kayaks, paddleboards, or rowing boat directly from the private dock to explore the calm, crystal-clear waters of the North Sound.
Located immediately beside the Cayman Islands Sailing Club, guests can enjoy sailing lessons or rent sailboats (for experienced sailors), making Sunset Serenade an ideal destination for both beginners and seasoned sailing enthusiasts.

Within a five-minute drive, you’ll find excellent restaurants, cafés, a coffee shop, sports bar, grocery supermarket, liquor store, pharmacy, and other conveniences. George Town, Camana Bay, Seven Mile Beach, championship golf, diving, snorkeling, and many of Grand Cayman’s most popular attractions are also within easy reach.
